Objective


A refresh, not reinvention, is often the best step forward.

With the unbundling of RMI, comes an exciting oppertunity to rename and refresh the current RMIIM brand identity. The RMIIM logo includes the kaleido cicular icon. The kaleido is well established, recognisable and has meaning. We do not want to loose this equity or completely change the logo. However, an Identity refresh is needed for RMIM as it transitions to becoming IMG. A new wordmark will be developed along with a dynamic and contemporary new colour palette.

Objective


A new energy company has been formed to lead the transition in the private renewable energy sector and to create a positive impact on the African continent. It’s an agile and disruptive company that aims to establish a "many to many" energy model resulting in a true private utlity grid. 

A Brand Identity is needed to position the company as a leader in the energy field and also express the company's vision and unique business strategy. It has to convey a strong sense of innovation and ambition while reinforcing the company's drive in providing African solutions for Africa. The brand also needs to be aligned with the cultural and political sensitivities regarding energy within the current African context. A key requirement is that the brand has longevity and remaims fitiing as the company grows and expands.

This quotation is based on the information provided, and may change if additional information is forthcoming, or specifications change.

Exclusions:
This quotation does not include photography, stock imagery, externally commissioned research, font licensing, copywriting, paper, printing, third-party artwork, and/or material needed for the projects.

Payment:
This quotation is valid for 30 days. Upon acceptance of the quotation, a 50% payment is required, remainder invoiced upon delivery of final artwork. All artwork, design and development work remains the property of Walters & Co until paid in full.

Errors and omissions:
It is the Client’s responsibility to check proofs carefully for accuracy in all respects, ranging from spelling to technical illustrations. Walters & Co is not liable for errors or omissions.
