Objective


Beyond provides remote cold chain monitoring and control solutions to the world’s most vital healthcare organisations. With the global shift towards ‘one health’ (the interconnection between people, animals, plants, and their shared environment) Beyond has identified the need to align with this new multisectoral market.

1. Brand Identity Design

To achieve this, an updated Visual & Brand Identity is proposed. This provides the opportunity to:

• reposition Beyond as the leading global player in ‘one health’ cold chain
  monitoring solutions
• communicate a shift it its key messaging, i.e. protecting the health
  of all living things by maintaining the integrity of the cold chain
• frame the various business functions (product, platform & technical
  services) under a strong, consolidated brand

Key requirements are that the update should convey a sense of credibility and that the brand is future-proof, remaining relevant as the company grows and expands.

2. Website Design

In addition, a redesign of the current website is proposed. The objective is to build a world class professional platform that:

• improves online presence
• communicate Beyond's new focus on 'one health' through key 
  messaging and visuals
• remap the user journey for specific markets to navigate the site and          information relevant to them

Technical requirements for the website include:

1. 3rd party web app integration
2. Enterprise level hosting (speed & access)
3. Secure CMS
4. Fully responsive front-end
5. Blog functionality
6. Browser optimization
7. Fact sheet downloads
8. Online forms
09. Article and/or fact sheet archiving

Please note:
This quotation is based on the information provided and may change if additional information is forthcoming or if specifications change.

Exclusions:
This quotation does not include photography, stock imagery, font licensing, copywriting, externally commissioned research,  third-party artwork, printing and/or material needed for the projects.

Payment:
This quotation is valid for 30 days. Upon acceptance of the quotation, a 50% payment is required, remainder invoiced upon delivery of final artwork. All artwork, design and development work remains the property of Walters & Co until paid in full.

Errors and omissions:
It is the Client’s responsibility to check proofs carefully for accuracy in all respects, ranging from spelling to technical illustrations. Walters & Co is not liable for errors or omissions.
